Everything was great, the pizza was excellent, this place is highly recommended.

The food is very good, we loved the restaurant, but we wouldn't return to this location because of the servers. We had a problem paying the bill because my friend wanted to leave a 10% tip, and they told her the MINIMUM was 15%, which she accepted. When it was my turn to pay, the server didn't ask me how much I wanted to tip and automatically put 15%. When I asked if I could leave 10%, he told me he had already told my friend it wasn't possible to leave less than 15%. I find it disrespectful of them not to ask me how much I want to tip and assume I want to give 15%. If you go to the restaurant, don't be fooled by the servers if you don't want to tip or want to give less than 15%, since it should be allowed in all restaurants in Mexico. I have no problem leaving 15%, but I think it's rude to customers not to be able to decide how much you want to leave. I think they should train their waiters better.

An experience like no other, tasteless, unoriginal, and lacking in service. I went on the recommendation of a friend and a great review I read. Besides, I discovered they were ranked #39 among the best pizzas in the world. I was excited to go. I love pizza, but I'd never go back.nThe service was slow; it took almost 40 minutes to bring me a pizza and a simple salad.nThe pizza was poorly shaped, burnt, and soupy (we ordered a Margherita pizza). We also ordered a lettuce salad, and I've never tasted anything more tasteless and horrible. The lettuce was burnt, the vinaigrette felt spoiled, and the leaves they had at the end were already rotten. It's not that difficult to make a salad.nI wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there, as it lacks flavor, passion, and love for pizza—and for cooking in general.nnA place that only cares about marketing rather than providing good service or paying any attention to what they're serving or offering.nI even looked at other tables; the service was equally slow and mediocre, both in terms of pizza and presentation, and the food was generally flavorless.nnI don't know who thought it was one of the best places; I've had better ones at even lower prices.nIt's disappointing to have such an experience.

Very good food and drinks. The place is usually packed, but the experience is enjoyable.

This place was a huge disappointment. The pizzas were delicious, but now they're not so bad. The same goes for the salad, with sad lettuce leaves and a poorly arranged dressing. The waiters' service was unprofessional. For example, they told us the menu wasn't up to date and didn't offer a good recommendation to compensate for what they didn't have available. For the price, one expects more from this restaurant that used to be tasty, relaxed, and chic.
