Terrible customer service. We were told our order would be ready in 20-25 minutes. The place was empty, and it took 1 hour and 6 minutes to deliver two pizzas, and they were delivering 10 at a time. If you want a bad experience and poor service, you can go to this pizza place.

It was terrible, we called to have the pizza ready, they said 20 to 25 minutes and after an hour and they didn't have it ready, it's an outrageous amount of time, it was more than double what they told me, they are irresponsible, it's not even something they are giving me for free, it's something I'm paying them for and to top it off they treat the consumer badly, I don't give them a 0 because it's not possible.

Pasta and sauce was very bad. No restaurant should be selling this pasta. Service slow, no toilet paper or soap in the baños.

Terrible delivery service. -2⭐ Normally pizza takes half an hour to be ready, but it took 1 hour and 20 minutes for them to arrive at my house.nn-1⭐ Also, the WhatsApp service is terrible, they don't respond to messages.
