Beautiful restaurant, the most authentic Italian food you will find in Managua. The master chef uses the finest quality local ingredients available to get that authentic taste that’s usually missing from pizza in Managua. Amazing atmosphere, ambiance, and service. The pizzas are phenomenal, the calzone is on an another level. They also have a great selection of incredible artisan beers, liquors, and wines. It’s the perfect spot for a romantic dinner, a special occasion, or even a special family meal. The atmosphere is very classy, with classic Italian music playing and a nice cool breeze up on the hill. I will return like clockwork! Thanks to the team at Lievito for the amazing hospitality, they have set a new standard for dining out in Managua.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. Reservations are required. The owner and master chef embodies his strong emotional passion and connection to the food he creates for his patrons. He wishes to make a connection with the soul through the palette. This is one of the wonders of this beautiful country that must not be missed. Professional, polite, and attentive staff make every meal an experience that lets you know what it's like to be of the elite. Don't forget to ask about the specials.... pure delight.
