I've always ordered from this pizzeria, but today I ordered two pizzas and both came with raw crusts. We informed the establishment, but the service was terrible and they didn't want to pick up the pizzas or send us other pizzas! The attendant said they could refund R$15, but we paid R$150 for them, or send just the crusts! Funny that they could deliver the crusts, but to come pick up the pizzas with the raw crusts they didn't have a delivery person!!
Terrible service, we bought two pizzas and both came with raw edges and we called to resolve the problem, the attendant was super rude and had no understanding whatsoever, in short, THEY LOST SEVERAL CUSTOMERS and we were left at a loss, I paid 150.00 for the pizzas and they only refunded me 15.00 reais.
The pizza is delicious! But the service is AWFUL, it leaves a lot to be desired! Rude staff and not to mention the delay, right? Every time I ask for it WITHOUT ONIONS and it ALWAYS comes WITH. Lack of attention or ill will?
The pizza is excellent, but the service is terrible! The delivery time is UP TO 110 minutes, and we received our pizza 2 hours and 25 minutes after we placed the order. Furthermore, when we called the pizzeria to inquire about the delay, the attendant was EXTREMELY RUDE and even yelled at my husband. On another occasion, our order was delivered to the wrong location, and we didn't even receive an apology for the error and the late delivery. Mistakes, delays, and unexpected events happen, but in no situation is a lack of politeness or cordiality acceptable!
The pizzas are very good. However, the service and delivery are very lacking. I placed an order at 7 p.m., and it's been 3 hours, and it still hasn't arrived... They don't answer the phone, they don't respond on WhatsApp, and you can't even cancel the order. This was my last order at this establishment!nEDIT - The pizza arrived at exactly 10:35 p.m., meaning it takes about 3:35 hours for a pizza to arrive. And there's another detail: the pizzas weren't tasty, they were cold, and on top of that, the sweet pizza was sent in a much larger box, which made a mess. Not to mention that we paid a lot for the strawberry pizza and they sent two cut strawberries (photo below)... I would be ashamed to sell that.
It's not even worth 1 star, ridiculous service, no one answers the phone, I ordered 1 pizza and it took more than 3h 30 to deliver!
My second-to-last order took 3 hours to deliver, and they don't answer the phone.nI canceled my last order. It took the same amount of time to deliver. It's absurd.
