Horrible service, lazy motorcycle couriers, they don't even have an intercom for the apartment, unfortunately I don't recommend it for those who live in apartments

I bought a pepperoni pizza today and it came raw, the dough was raw and it was cold, terrible. I will never buy pizza from this place again and the attendant sent a rude message even though we only asked about the delay.
I placed a pizza order at 8:01 PM, with an estimated delivery time of 130 to 150 minutes (2:10 to 2:30). I waited until 11:06 PM, a total of 185 minutes, 35 to 55 minutes longer than promised—and the pizza still hadn't arrived.nnDuring this time, I tried to contact them several times. None of the phone numbers available on Google worked, and the pizzeria's app didn't even provide a customer service number. After many attempts, I managed to reach the Vila Morim location, where the attendant insinuated that I had misunderstood Google, treating me disrespectfully, as if I didn't know how to look up a phone number—which was completely unacceptable and offensive.nnThroughout the WhatsApp conversation, I maintained respect and explained that there were two small children, ages 7 and 5, waiting for dinner. Even so, I received no adequate response, not even a genuine apology, not even minimal consideration, much less compensation for the inconvenience.nnI mentioned the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/90, especially articles 6, 14, and 35), which guarantees the right to clear information, adequate service, and compensation in case of failure—but it was ignored.nnGiven this utter disregard, I will file a complaint with Procon and consumidor.gov.br, and I am also considering legal action for moral damages.nnA company that disrespects the time, dignity, and basic needs of its customers—especially when children are involved—is not trustworthy. This was, unfortunately, the worst experience I've ever had with delivery.
The pizza is actually good but it doesn't make up for the delay. This is the second time I've ordered it and it takes an absurd amount of time. Today it took 2 hours to be ready for PICKUP, and I sent a message after an hour had already passed and they said the system would automatically notify me. After two hours I sent a message again complaining and they said it was ready, they probably forgot to notify me.
They updated the website, and the customer lost their loyalty coupon. What a shame.nThe quality of service has deteriorated. A customer orders a pizza and it arrives completely overturned, with no real commitment to the customer. Service used to be better.
