The restaurant has a wholesome family atmosphere, where you can celebrate birthdays, meet friends, and spend a pleasant time. I think the only thing missing is games for the kids, since it doesn't have a children's room.

Being an international chain restaurant, the La Ciudad de Tela franchise leaves a lot to be desired, the customer service was very terrible, I was in a bad mood, we asked to please clean our table and they reluctantly did so, throwing the crumbs on the floor.nWe requested the use of the sanitary bathroom, which was locked. And it turns out there was no drinking water, the toilets were a disaster...nThe food is hot and very well prepared, but the question arises, IF THERE WAS NO DRINKING WATER, how is it possible to prepare food in that kitchen? How do you wash your hands, utensils, etc.?nWaiting for your next visit, please take our comments into account, which are intended to improve and not destroy your reputation.
